Walking home eating a just-roasted, lime and salt-chilli smeared bhutta (corn on the cob), watching reflections in the puddles... Ah,Life.

OH! My mother and I make a version of this, after roasting the corn on the grill we put it into a zip lock baggie with lime, chili powder, butter and salt and shake and smear that roasted corn on the cob to our hearts content.

When our corn comes into season later this summer, thats what we'll be having!!
