i apologise again for the mass mailing you received from the evil drones that tapped into my address book, and sent out invites not from me... the blog explains all.
OH! My mother and I make a version of this, after roasting the corn on the grill we put it into a zip lock baggie with lime, chili powder, butter and salt and shake and smear that roasted corn on the cob to our hearts content.
When our corn comes into season later this summer, thats what we'll be having!!
