One of the singular pleasures these days has been "sandwiching", squeezing in slivers of whatever movie catches my fancy from the bouquet on the satellite channels, of course my current faithful Ladies Special must be watched as well. I could get addicted to this movie-a-day habit.

With the "sandwich" method, do you get to see the whole movie or only parts? If parts, do you find that ok or frustrating?
All the food I ate was indeed vegetarian at those restaurants... partially because I eat very little meat anyway, but also because I know that vegetarian meals at restaurants are typically much more flavorful than their typical "meat" versions. Here, when meat is present, it is the centerpiece and takes over the majority of flavors at restaurants. I much prefer SPICES and find the vegetarian selections MUCH more exciting. Most (three of the four dishes) were without cheese, only one had cheese and it was a rather small amount of Parmesan. Both salads, however, had Feta cheese.

In short, you're becoming a couch pota-ti??:)But,I agree-it's fun nevertheless. My best day some weeks back was in shifting between'Aawara Paagal Deewana','hungama'and'chupke chupke'.:)
PT- just parts. But that's ok, wouldn't have seen the movie even this much otherwise. Mona Lisa smile, Matilda, Definitely maybe,Ghajini (Hindi). Then I go to wikipedia and internet movie database and see how they did, any awards, what did the reviewers say...
That menu seemed terrific- I'll try and remember.
Amit - all three? :) That must have been fun. I usually hit the mute button when they show ads and read the n'papers then.
i find myself becoming a man--sitting in my favourite chair (which was my father's and now sits in my daughter's home), empty cans next to me on the floor, dressed in tshirt and sweat pants...and watching my version of television; old films online.
a movie a day is a good thing.
Quin- oh yes it is. As long as you are happy- no?
