The intention behind an impulsive action- it is important to look at that.
The heart was clean? The heart was clean.
This is learning for me.

ah yes, great learning.. questioning intent every moment is the awareness we should be going after..
I do that sometimes. Writing when we are emotional or have much passion about something can do that to us. I always try and "catch" it first before I "throw" it back.
I do try to add one more step prior to impulsive action,and that is-try and put myself in the other person's shoes..of course,sometimes it doesn't work.
ha, we often don't have the time to introspect or don't give ourselves the time to do so.
arunima- I must admit it is rather troublesome. and itchy.
