In the afternoon glare the leaves of the solitary labernum look white, its excess of yellow blooms at repose, nodding to the heat haze.
How would this prayer offering of yellow-white- green rush to greet the first rays of a peach tinted dawn?
For then the streets would be at rest, and the heritage red brick of the domed university in the background almost other worldly, like something out of arabian nights, and that faded wall too, would seem all right. One fumbles, trying to put this into words past a strange catch in the throat.

Dawn reminds me...does the heart of the city still rise to greet the dawn to the strains of music played on sundays? ..And does the band still play at dusk on sundays where people still can get some quiet amidst the roaring traffic outside..and does that toy train still chug along? or should we reminisce it in an immortal film song??

Shall go and check, shiv. but given the mall culture that has overtaken like a brain madness, probably all that has gone. the toy train. tht museum. tht other musuem , wide eyed at the all- glass chair from tiffany and the ravi varmas.

regardinghte second part of the story,
im still trying to think how better to weave this in thru the whole picture.. the synergy and connection in real life with another person, when it becomes so inherent within each..

mystic- :). synergy and connection. words unspoken. questions asked, lines said unsaid. a questioning brow, a glance and a nod. How to put his into the warp and weft of a story? huh.
